We had never done anything like it before so we got quotes from several builders and Ryan got the job because he was the only one who realised we had a cellar and so would need to make the foundations bigger. The Architect also made a mistake, not picking up on the floor levels but thankfully Ryan did. He was very knowledgable and had a great eye. He was so friendly and worked with us to the point that we felt like a team. They were great with the kids and although we could have difficulties as our youngest was 2 years old at the time, communication was great so there was never an issue. Ryan looked after us completely along the way. The team was really nice, was great getting to know them.
